[Hanbali: Marriage: A wife leaving her husband's house]
"And the husband possesses the right to prohibit his wife from leaving his place of residence - even if she desires to visit her parent's home, or the clinic they are in (if they are sick), or even from being present at the funeral of either of her parents - and it is Haram for the wife to leave the home of her husband without his permission for anything that is not absolutely necessary."

[Dafanti:]
Allah says:
"Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allāh has given one over the other and by what they (men) spend [to provide for their spouse] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allāh would have them guard...."
{ٱلرِّجَالُ قَوَّٰمُونَ عَلَى ٱلنِّسَآءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ ٱللَّهُ بَعۡضَهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضٖ وَبِمَآ}
{ أَنفَقُواْ مِنۡ أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡۚ فَٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتُ قَٰنِتَٰتٌ حَٰفِظَٰتٞ لِّلۡغَيۡبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ ٱللَّهُۚ }
Rasullulah {ﷺ} said:
“And indeed I order you to be good to women, for they are but captives with you..."
"...أَلاَ وَاسْتَوْصُوا بِالنِّسَاءِ خَيْرًا فَإِنَّمَا هُنَّ عَوَانٌ عِنْدَكُمْ..."
